  • Yes, your VA or OBM can certainly do implementation work, but do they have the skills and/or the time among all the other things you’re asking them to do on a day-to-day basis? I stand by a solid, intentional systems-first model.

  • Yes! I’ve designed this offer to be flexible, because businesses are cyclical, and teams, requirements, personal lives change all.the.time. Call me in when you’re in your building season. Pause when you need some space to integrate. I just as for 2 weeks notice before you pause so I can plan ahead to wrap things up for you.

  • I’m tool agnostic and pick up tools pretty quickly. If you are working with a very specific platform that I have not used before and that requires a high degree of training, we’ll discuss this before we start work together. I may refer you to a tool-specific expert or work out a timeline for me to get up to speed, at no additional cost to you.
