This depends on your biggest roadblock at the moment. For most of my clients, this means:

I believe systems need to be highly tuned and personalized to you and your team to be effective and feel freeing. This means that there is huge benefit in the process of implementation, trial, and refinement. Just like healing, systems work is more effective when there is time for integration. As you integrate one system, we can move on to another.
I do not, however, think you need this work forever. I’ve built this container to be flexible, so that you can join, adjust hours, or pause System Flow at any time. All I ask is for a 2 week notice before you pause.

I have strong opinions on this. Yes, your VA or OBM can certainly do the work, but do they have the skills or the time among all the other things you’re asking them to do on a day-to-day basis? I stand by a solid, intentional systems-first model.

Yes! I’ve designed this offer to be flexible, because businesses are cyclical, and teams, requirements, personal lives change all.the.time. Call me in when you’re in your building season. Pause when you need some space to integrate. I just as for 2 weeks notice before you pause so I can plan ahead to wrap things up for you.

I’m tool agnostic and pick up tools pretty quickly. If you are working with a very specific platform that I have not used before and that requires a high degree of training, we’ll discuss this before we start work together. I may refer you to a tool-specific expert or work out a timeline for me to get up to speed.
