Email addresses are the lifeblood of an online business because it's a direct communication line to your audience. Set up a system—that is uniquely you—that welcomes newcomers, nurtures current customers, and delivers dreamy clients to your booking page and courses. Let your system work in the background while you rest OR take the extra time to focus on building your mission.

What’s included:

  • Additional software fees: You will need an email marketing platform that has automation functionality. Fees typically cost between $5-$30/month. I can help you select the right tool for you if you do not have an account yet.

  • Content creation: You will need to create the freebie that you will give away as part of this campaign. This needs to be a digital file of some sort: ebook, template, email challenge, audio, video, etc. If you would like help creating an eBook, I do offer that as an add-on (see below).

  • Quiz or Assessment creation: If you choose to use a quiz or assessment for your funnel, you’ll need to set this up on your own or purchase an add-on (see below).

  • Email strategy consultation

  • Email marketing platform setup or cleanup

  • One master email template design

  • One lead magnet funnel with welcome email automation series

  • Standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation

What to expect:

  1. Audit: First, you’ll receive an intake form that will ask you a number of questions about your current email set up. This will enlighten the areas that need focus.

  2. Plan: We’ll meet during our kickoff call to discuss and finalize my tentative plan on what I’ll update and implement.

  3. Gather: On the kickoff call, I’ll gather as much information as possible including account access and assets that are ready to use. If you are still working on copy, I will use filler content and provide instructions on how to implement once the systems are built.

  4. Implement: I’ll take the remaining time to implement our plan.

  5. Document: I’ll document all of my updates and processes into an SOP that includes a video walkthrough of your new system. This will be your final deliverable.

Add-ons available:

  • Basic eBook Design ($44): You create the content, I’ll design it in Canva and share the template for you to edit.

  • Quiz or Assessment Creation ($88): You create the content, I will build out the quiz or assessment functionality. Additional fees may apply depending on what tool we use to achieve this.
